cHow helps prevent accidents

Ensure a safe workplace with cHow's Health and Safety module - a tool that streamlines hazard reporting, speeds up incident response and helps build a culture of safety in your organisation.

Quick hazard reporting

Employees can report perceived hazards immediately. Simply select the appropriate hazard category from a list pre-defined by the system administrator, ensuring that each report contains the most important information.

Flexible categories

The system administrator has full control over the list of health and safety categories. They can easily edit existing categories or add new ones to tailor the module to the specific industry and potential hazards in your organisation.

Managing and delegating effective

If the employee has removed the hazard, he or she can indicate this in the report and close the case immediately. If an incident requires intervention, the report goes to a manager who delegates the task of removing the hazard to the right person. This process ensures that no report is missed and every hazard is eliminated as quickly as possible.

Incident prioritisation

Each health and safety report is given a priority (e.g. low, medium, high) by the reporter, which indicates the severity of the problem. The manager can change this priority if necessary to ensure that the most serious incidents are dealt with first. In this way, the cHow Health and Safety module ensures the correct order of response and focus on the most critical issues.

Monitoring and trend analysis

All requests are logged and tracked in the module, allowing you to monitor their status and response times in real time. Extensive reporting and data analysis tools make it possible to identify recurring problems and safety trends. This allows management to take proactive measures, improve health and safety procedures and prevent accidents before they happen.

cHow's Health and Safety module is a comprehensive yet intuitive solution that raises safety standards in the workplace. It makes it easier to comply with legal health and safety requirements, saves time by automating processes and engages employees in shared safety. With cHow's Health and Safety module, you can build a culture of safety and gain full control over every report - from initial signal to problem resolution.

The Algorithmic Illusion of Objectivity. On the Subjective Nature of Data.

Trust in reports typically grows in proportion to the sophistication of the technology processing them. It is an interesting correlation, yet it carries a distinct risk. Focusing on the analytical capabilities of systems can easily obscure the nature of the data itself. Before data takes the form of a digital chart, it usually starts as a record of human interpretation. Therefore, assuming its total neutrality is risky at best.

The internationalisation of communication - a new challenge for businesses of all sizes

In today's globalised world, it's becoming more and more challenging for companies, both multinational and local, to communicate effectively in multiple languages. The lovely folks over at the Central Statistical Office (CSO) let us know that by the end of May 2024, there were more than 1.02 million foreigners working in Poland, which is 6.7% of the total workforce. It's a common misconception that English is enough for international communication. In reality, though, having a grasp of the local language is really important, especially in sectors like retail and services.
